Women in HealthTech Breakfast - Menopause, Perimenopause and Andropause (Manopause) in the Workplace
Midlife health is increasingly intersecting with peak career stages, yet menopause remains one of the least discussed factors impacting workforce performance, confidence and retention. This Women in Health Tech breakfast panel brings together clinical, workplace and lived experience perspectives to explore how menopause and perimenopause are shaping the modern workforce. Grounded in emerging New Zealand evidence, including insights from The Silent Transition, the discussion will focus on what this means for leaders, teams and organisations, and where practical support and awareness can make a meaningful difference. This session is designed to move beyond awareness, offering a balanced and practical conversation for those leading, working within, and supporting high-performing teams.

MedTech Showcase at Fale o Samoa, Māngere August 2026
Would you like to showcase your research project or start-up to the Pacific Community in Auckland? Register your interest here Te Tītoki Mataora, in collaboration with Pūtahi Manawa, Moana Connect, and Pacific-i, are organising a MedTech Explorer Showcase at Fale o Samoa in Māngere on 27 August 2026. This initiative is designed to bring together Pacific communities, healthcare professionals, secondary and tertiary students, and local providers to engage with emerging medical technologies developed by research groups and start-ups. The Explorer is an opportunity for people to walk around all the showcases, ask questions, and try out the technology. Digital Health Week Conference 2026 - Submissions close June 1
